Weihai Bangde Cooling System Co., Ltd (stock abbreviation: "Bangde", stock code: 838171) was founded in 2008 and restructured into a joint stock company in 2016. The founder of the company, Mr. Wu Guoliang, had invested in Shanghai Songjiang Hi-Tech Park in 2004 to set up Shanghai Bangde Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and devoted himself to the development and production of thermal management products, during which he has accumulated rich experience.

Our main products include condensers, oil coolers, intercoolers, radiators, evaporators, etc. Our business includes in industries as automotive, wind power generation, 5G base stations, home and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, machineries, etc. With advanced digital production lines and information management tools, the company is now one of the leading manufacturers in the field of heat exchangers in the global automotive aftermarket.

The company has a total equity of 118.93 million yuan, covers an area of 33.4 acres, with a construction area of 120,000 square meters and a planned annual production capacity of over 3.5 million heat exchangers. About 90% of the company's products are exported to North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Middle East and other countries or regions. The company cooperates with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) and other universities to build "Technology Research Center".
