         On May 31, 2023, the company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, BANGDE Cooling Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 350 million yuan, covering an area of 95.5 mu and a total construction area of 150,000 square meters. The planned annual capacity is 8.19 million units, with official production scheduled for June 2026.
