Love Gathers to Warm Hearts, Jointly Helping a Colleague Overcome Hardships —— Successful Conclusion of the Charity Donation Campaign by Weihai BANGDE

    "Understanding, tolerance, support, and assistance" are not only the core corporate culture of Weihai BANGDE, but also the inherent awareness of action engraved in the "big family" genes. Recently, to help Cui Deli, a colleague from the Air Tightness Testing Group of the Manufacturing Department, alleviate the financial pressure caused by the treatment of liver malignant tumor, the charity donation campaign launched by the company has come to a successful end. This campaign not only provided practical help to the family in distress, but also demonstrated to the outside world the company’s warmth and responsibility towards its employees.

    Warmth Fills the "Big Family" During Meal Breaks

    During the meal hours on August 13, 2025, colleagues voluntarily stopped at the donation stations at the entrances of the canteen: some made donations by scanning QR codes (WeChat Pay, Alipay, and the company’s collection QR code), while others handed over cash. Some left their names, hoping to share the burden with the colleague, and some gave warmth silently without leaving their names. Whether it was partners from the same department or colleagues from other positions, they were connected by the identity of "BANGDE people", turning the culture of "support and assistance" into tangible warmth.

    Transparency and Openness Ensure Love is Uncompromised

   "Trust" is the cornerstone of BANGDE’s "big family". Throughout this donation campaign, the principle of "openness and traceability" was adhered to. After the campaign, the Finance Department calculated the detailed income and expenditure at the first time and posted it on the notice board (including the amount, donation method, and summary of anonymous donations), ensuring that every penny could be traced. Later, the staff specially handed over the donated funds to Cui Deli’s family, kept complete vouchers, and explained the source of the love in detail.  

    When receiving the donated funds on August 22, Cui Deli’s family repeatedly said, "My hands are shaking! I couldn’t sleep all night looking at the medical bills before, but now my heart feels like a big stone has been lifted. We are particularly grateful to the company for organizing this donation, and even more grateful to every colleague for their kindness. This money is not only life-saving money, but also the confidence that keeps our whole family going. Thank you all for not forgetting him; our whole family will always remember this kindness!"

    The gratitude in the family’s tearful eyes is the best proof of the company’s rigor and sincerity.

    Gratitude to Colleagues for the Continuation of Warmth

    On behalf of the company and the family, the Administration Department expressed gratitude to all colleagues. It was the little acts of kindness from everyone and their hesitation-free help that gathered into a strong force to overcome difficulties. We are grateful to every colleague who donated love — whether it was the support of generous donations or the silent care and concern, all of which have injected more courage into Cui Deli to fight against the disease.
